• We ship in CANADA only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

• The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

• Orders over $150 ship for free anywhere in Canada. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.

• Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a courier tracking number will be emailed within 48 hours.

• The shipping courier is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost or stolen package, it is the responsibility of the courier and all inquiries must be directed to them. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is provided.

• Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your product arrives damaged we are here to help. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery and include your order number in your email.
